Caitlyn’s first summer at Sewataro was short – she started partway through – but she was hooked. And not just by what she learned at fishing…
“I loved learning each activity and camp tradition that each camper looks forward to. I learned so many new skills, encouraged by the campers to try things out – like fishing and paddleboarding – none of which I had done before.
“I love the secret ice cream trucks, making s’mores in the fire, building bridges from rocks and sticks, and playing mermaids in the water. I just love being outdoors and exploring in such a tactile and curious way.”
Being outdoors and exploring, and trying new things is what Sewataro – and Caitlyn – are all about.
Caitlyn spends her spare time doing photography, singing, watching movies and playing video games. Caitlyn also likes to sketch and create art.
