Group Counselors

Group Counselors spend each day with an assigned group of campers, building relationships, creating a strong sense of belonging, and helping every camper participate successfully.

Group Counselors travel with their campers throughout the day, participate alongside them in activities, support transitions and routines, and help make camp safe, inclusive, and fun.

Group Counselor Opportunities

• Group Leader: Must be at least 18 years old by the start of camp. Group Leaders guide the counselor team, establish routines and expectations, support camper behavior, and communicate with their supervisor about the needs of the group.

• Group Assistant: Must be at least 16 years old by the start of camp. Group Assistants work closely with the Group Leader, actively participate in activities, build connections with campers, and help the group move successfully through each part of the day.

Group Leader positions are available in our Fox, Bear, Eagle, or Owl sections. Group Assistant positions are avaialble in our Fox, Bear, and Eagle sections.
