Payment Terms/Refund Policy
Tuition includes all supplies and equipment. There is a 10% discount for the 3rd and subsequent campers in a family.
A deposit of $400 per child (deductible from tuition) is due at the time of your application. This deposit is not processed unless/until your child is enrolled. (There is no deposit required to be placed on a waitlist*.) Pending availability, you will receive confirmation of enrollment by email. The deposit is not transferable or refundable after January 15th.
*Although you will need to submit a payment method at the time of placing the application, if placed on the Waitlist you would not be charged unless or until a spot opens up.
One half of the balance of the tuition is due by February 1, 2025. The remainder is due April 1, 2025. If you apply after February 1st, full tuition is due April 1st. If you apply after April 1st, full tuition is due May 1st. If you apply after May 1st, full tuition is due upon enrollment. If you need other payment options, please call for details.
Please note: after February 1st, no refund will be made for absence, withdrawal or reduction in session length and/or there will be a charge of $150 for every 2 weeks a camper’s session is reduced after February 1st (whichever is greater).
