Ellen Vedora

As the Bear Section Supervisor, Ellen is tasked with overseeing a large group of young campers who are a mix of returners and newcomers. Her experience as an elementary literacy specialist helps her hone in on the needs of each individual camper.

Ellen’s previous roles at Camp include Fox Adventure Head and Fox Nature Head.

“I love being outside and seeing kids enjoy themselves with all of the amazing activities throughout camp.”

With her two campers in her family, Ellen sees camp from all perspectives.

“I get to experience the fun along with my kids. I love hearing about their days and what they enjoyed most. I love having this shared experience with them.”

Ellen enjoys the peace of reading and going for hikes as well as being on the beach.
