Brandon was a rock star once (and his music remains on Spotify), he owned a craft brewery once (and the products are available throughout Massachusetts), but what he’s most proud of is his work as a father, a teacher and a counselor.
He’s been at Sewataro for multiple stints since his first summer in 2005 and is now known to most as the person responsible for closing exercises… and that means the Gizmo, and trivia, and songs, and pies to the face.
“[The end of the day is] a time to come together to laugh and sing every afternoon of camp. Something we should all do EVERY day.”
For fun Brandon spends time with his family, makes music, plays soccer and thinks up trivia questions that will stump much younger counselors. To that end, he’s all about finding the fun and making things fun – including his clever witticisms that fly over the heads of campers but inspire laughter in those who’ve been around (the earth) a while.
“There is joy in every part of camp… every inch, every row.”
