2020 Application Available at noon on Monday, September 16th!

The 2020 Camper Application WILL GO LIVE AT NOON ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th. Click here to see dates and pricing. Camp will begin on June 29, 2020 (Sprouts on June 22).

As always, we’re dedicated to a fair and transparent enrollment process. Please read the following information carefully to avoid any confusion as you look to enroll your campers for 2020:

All applications are date and time stamped. We strongly encourage you to consider enrolling as early as possible in order to secure your spot. (Last year, sessions began filling just 29 minutes after the application opened for some age groups.) Please understand that priority enrollment will be given to past camper families until October 15th. After that time, enrollment will be on a first come, first served basis, with past camper status no longer taken into account. Even if you are not a past camper family, we strongly encourage you to apply as early as possible, (on or after September 16th at 12:00pm), as we will be enrolling according to the date/time stamp on each online application, beginning on October 15th.

Once you have submitted your application, you should receive an email confirming that your application was received. This does not mean your child is enrolled. Pending availability, once we enroll your child, you will receive a second email confirming enrollment. If your session is full, we will reach out with other available options. We kindly ask for your patience, as the application process typically takes some time.

NEW FOR 2020

In appreciation of your patience during this transitional period, there will be no change to tuition rates for the 2020 season.

Please note the following changes to our previous policies:

• The deposit amount is $400 per child. (Sprouts deposit is $50 per session, but will not exceed $400)
• The first half of tuition is due by February 1, 2020, and the remainder is due by April 1, 2020.

Horseback Riding

After 6 wonderful years, Pam Duggan is retiring from the Sewataro Horseback Riding program to spend more time with her family. We are in the process of filling her role and will be in touch with more information in the new year.
