Campers are introduced to the joy of Movement through music and games that encourage body awareness, spontaneity, creativity, and individual expression in a judgment free environment. Campers learn different movement and dance techniques through games, such as obstacle courses, Four Corners, and the Limbo, and mindfulness is encouraged through yoga and breathing exercises. Some groups may also opt to work on dance skits/routines to perform at Closing Exercises at the end of the day.
