Canoeing

When Fox campers come to boating, they enjoy canoe rides with their counselors. Bear, Eagle and Owl campers have instructional canoeing with our three LGT certified boating counselors. Beginners work on skills like safety, learning the parts of the boat, boarding and docking and straightaway stroke. Campers then progress to learning the draw and J stroke, pivot turns, and more!
