Aquatics Supervisor

The Aquatics Supervisor oversees the successful operation of the Sewataro aquatics program. As a member of the camp leadership team, the Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for the safety of campers while on the Waterfront, which includes 4 swimming pools, 1 swimming pond and 1 boating pond. This includes oversight and evaluation of mid-level supervisory staff in their duties in training and support of waterfront staff. Must have excellent leadership, management, communication, collaboration and organizational skills, as well as the ability to see camp from an administrative point-of-view. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and hold current lifeguard and water safety instructor certifications. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in aquatics and a teaching certification is desired. Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30PM
