The Sprouts Head is a half-day leadership role supporting our youngest campers and the counselors who work with them. This person helps guide daily routines, sets a positive, nurturing tone, and steps in with coaching or extra hands during tricky moments. They partner closely with the Chipmunk supervisor to make sure Sprouts campers feel safe, joyful, and successful throughout the morning.
