We’re hiring a Head Lifeguard for Summer 2026 to lead daily safety and operations at our pool and pond. This role organizes lifeguard rotations, monitors scanning and equipment checks, supports swim testing and lessons, and mentors new LGT Swim Counselors. The Head Lifeguard brings calm, confident leadership to ensure waterfront time is safe, smooth, and fun for everyone.
