Ellen Vedora

As the Community Support Supervisor, Ellen works with campers and staff in all of the different sections to help ensure everyone can be their most successful selves at Sewataro! Her experience as an elementary literacy specialist helps her hone in on the needs of each individual camper.

Ellen’s previous roles at Camp include Bear Section Supervisor, Fox Adventure Head and Fox Nature Head.

“I love being outside and seeing kids enjoy themselves with all of the amazing activities throughout camp.”

With her two campers in her family, Ellen sees camp from all perspectives.

“I get to experience the fun along with my kids. I love hearing about their days and what they enjoyed most. I love having this shared experience with them.”

Ellen enjoys the peace of reading and going for hikes as well as being on the beach.
