Kristen Drummey

A Sudbury resident, Kristen serves as the Camp Sewataro Community Liaison, connecting with the Town of Sudbury and its residents regarding use of the town-owned Sewataro property.

Kirsten also leads the Camp Sewataro Sprouts Program, a role she has held since 2017. A lifelong lover of various camps – girl scouts, sports, sea camps – Kristen is at home at Sewataro along with her four children.

Kristen is an EEC certified preschool teacher and enjoys taking the preschool aged campers on their first Sewataro experiences, much like those experienced by her own children.

“I love working with our Sprout campers because I get to experience all of the incredible activities for the first time week after week and year after year. There is nothing quite as joyful as watching a camper take on the Fox zipline for the first time, catch their first fish, or take a bite of their first Sewataro S’More!”

Education: The Harley School (NY) | BA Sociology & BA in Economics, Colby College | PhD Sociology, Boston College

Away from Camp: “My non-camp job is serving as an Uber Driver/Cheerleader for my 4 hockey/baseball/softball playing kiddos.”

Trivia: has four children (one is on staff!)
